Our Commitment

Vyze Lab is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and work to provide equal access to all users.

Standards & Conformance

We substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These standards guide how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Current Conformance Status: Substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with ongoing improvements to achieve full conformance.

What We're Doing

To support accessibility, our site includes (and we're continuing to improve) the following:

  • Semantic HTML for screen reader compatibility
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Clear, consistent navigation and headings
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Resizable text without loss of content or functionality
  • Proper form labels, instructions, and error messages
  • "Skip to content" links on every page
  • Appropriate use of ARIA roles and labels where helpful
  • Captions and transcripts for video and audio content
  • Accessible PDF documents where applicable

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly:

  • Review pages and components against WCAG 2.1 AA
  • Test with assistive technologies and keyboard-only navigation
  • Conduct periodic accessibility audits (quarterly internal reviews, annual third-party audit)
  • Train our team on accessibility best practices
  • Update based on user feedback and evolving standards

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Third-party embedded content and widgets (including some social media feeds and payment processors)
  • Certain interactive components that are being iteratively improved
  • Some legacy or third-party PDFs that may not be fully optimized for screen readers

Remediation Timeline: We prioritize accessibility issues based on severity and aim to resolve critical barriers within 30 days, moderate issues within 90 days, and minor issues within 180 days of identification.

If you encounter an issue, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to work with:

  • Current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Mobile devices (iOS and Android), tablets, and desktop computers
  • Common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only input

For the best experience, keep your browser and operating system up to date.
